He made it with MSPaint.
Anyway, I don't hate any Pokémon. This is how every PokéMaster should be like.

Not fond of tencool. See it far too often for my liking when surfing.

I hate Pokemon that I've already caught, since they still pop up on the road anyway. I wish you could, like, program a list for it to ignore certain Pokemon that pop up. Then you don't go into battle with them in the first place, and you don't need to take the time to battle or run.

Yeah, that is true. I hate Zubat in these games. The only thing i like about it is it can evolve into a Crobat. Crobats are awesome!

Not really. The following pokemon are ones I really hate for pooping up too much, only listing from red, blue, and yellow: Rattata, Pidgey, Mankey, (in yellow) caterpie, weedle, zubat, geodude, nidoran male/female, trainers, (not really pokemon, but I hate running into them, too) diglett, paras, tentacool, tentacruel, and I think that's it. I'm sure there's more though...

Tentacruel, and Nidorans are strong when you have the correct moves on them. Nidoking and Nidoqueen can be a havoc to battle. IMO, they are annoying because they pop up very frequently, not least favorite.

No, they are some of my least favorite, too. My all-time least favorite though, Mewtwo. His moves suck. I just don't think you should waste single-type TMs on a pokemon that sucky. Mew, however, is my favorite!

How does Mewtwo suck? Here is a good moveset for it:
Tank: Amnesia, Barrier, Psychic, Ice Beam. Flamethrower/Fire Blast should replace Ice Beam, but there aren't any steel type pokemon in Red.
Attacker: Psychic, Ice Beam, Fire Blast, Barrier.
You can play with the movesets.

barrier sucks, but I didn't know he could learn all those. I normally teach those super powerful TMs (ie: Fire Blast, Blizzard, Earthquake, and Solar Beam) to jigglypuff.

You suck! Barrier is there to withstand Shadow Ball, or any Ghost-type move. If you actually did some thinking, you wouldn't ask this question. Mewtwo's defenses are quite low, and with Amnesia and Barrier, it can be unstoppable with such high special attack power, and boosted defenses.

In my eyes, the power of the pokemon makes ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE. If it's at a high level and it has powerful attacks, it's good. Don't argue, it's just our opinions.

*sigh deeply* Okay, I am quite tired of saying this. The levels of a pokemon doesn't mean they are strong, however, Mewtwo has one of the highest base stat total, so it is pointless arguing about that. Without Barrier, Mewtwo will not be too happy about Shadow Ball. If you are worried with Crunch, then go with Amnesia. I like the tank better.

Look, this is all just opinion. Let's just stop arguing, ok? I like to finish the enemy in 1 or 2 moves. You think strategy. Oh, and here:
