you've more or less put it in a nut shell....Bioshock for singleplayer and Halo for multiplayer Though I am sure Halo singleplayer is good and all but meh Bioshock for the win
After playing a couple of hours of the Halo 3 campaign, I can say that my opinion is that it's shit. One of the worst campaigns I've played, or at least, one of the worst starts to a campaign I've played.

I agree that the campaign isn't all that some had expected. But at least the multiplayer side of things still has the mother of all replay value.

Um, I don't quite get who your referring to but it's after you fight the ice guy. The second part of Fort Frolic. There should be a casino there with lots of them.

If you don't include Achievements, then yes, Multi-Player is what holds the game up.

Imagine if it would've been like Bioshock. Single Campaign only. It would've been lost. Just with how short the game was, that would've been the end of Halo as we know it.

Yeah thanks to the achievements I've played campaign more times then I expected, first was on heroic, then I went through on Legendary with some friends, then I played through on normal to get the skulls and now I'm working on getting the meta-game achievements and the terminals.

Also where is my beautiful, beautiful BioShock downloadable content I have been waiting so patiently for? D;

As some of you may know, I ain't Bioshocks biggest fan. Admittedly I've only played the demo, but it didn't convince me to part with £40. I've also said I'd pay £20 tops.

I lied.

I recently played the demo again, and I actually enjoyed it. I know. It was a weird and frightening sensation.

Anyway, I saw Bioshock, new, on eBay for £25, so I bought it.
You may see me here more often.

That's good to hear Ljp, though from the looks of it. I doubt the forum will be active much longer. It is currently on 7 PPD as I type now, obviously the odd people will drop by but it seems Halo 3 has taken most the attention away

So how much harder is this game compared to Halo 3 at normal mode (not easy mode)? Not too hard I hope.

One of the few negatives of Bioshock was it's piss poor difficulty level.

I played on normal, as I do every other FPS, and don't think I died once.

Still a great game though.

Also, I don't really think it's fair to judge games difficulty comparede to Halo 3, seeing as the difficulty level is schizophrenic.

With the way the Vita-chambers are laid out and how they work, it's quite an easy game really. But just play it for the original setting and the story.

I died a few times but that was just because I got cornered by a Big Daddy, and that bit early on when you get the Shotgun and the lights go out. I probably died 5 times in the whole game.

But yeah, the vita chambers make it piss easy. I think it should have been 1 to a level and you could only use it if you were holding a rare or very expensive item.
