Why can't I dress in the Sailor outfit on Death on the Mississippi? you know the white tank top and skipper cap.
I'm playing on Professional, could that be why?
47 looks nothing like them and they probably see right through my disguise lol but anyways, when I wear a Tux or engineer outfit I blend in.. it's *bleep*in weird and annoying

Odd... I play it on PlayStation2, and I can change into that outfit. That is, if you mean the suit of a "regular" sailor, not one who's part of the gang (the Gators). There are only 6 of them, and they are your targets. Every other Gator would probably spot it on sight if you were wearing that.
But try to get a 1st class purser suit; you can come anywhere on the ship with it.
