Sandwiches are definitely the easiest, I played this game for a few minutes and got that straight away.
As for the hardest, I'm still wondering.

I really haven't found many recipies too hard, but there are a few which I am hopeless at.

Haha, I agree the Sandwich is by most definitely the easiest.
As for the hardest, I haven't come across one that was too hard. However, there were a few that took me a while to figure out. xD!
