Judy Nails, Clive Winston Or Grim Ripper.
Plus, when I select Grim as my Guitarist, Save my game, turn it off then back on, instead of playing the Sythce, Grim plays a Les Paul.

Xavier Stone is the entirety of funk solidified into one man.
Clive Winston is pretty cool, especially when he starts playing the guitar with the violin bow like Jimmy Page.
Judy Nails, first costume more, but the second is OK, too.
Eddie Knox, both equally.

Totally the rockabilly guy. I always forget his name. Eddie Knox, is it? Lars is great for comic relief when I'm getting stressed out on a song. Still, like the first game, and being a huge punk fan, I normally stick with Johnny Napalm, though. His liberty spikes outfit.
