Hey all, I'm on my second playthrough, trying to earn the Bandana and Stealth Camo at the same time (no lethal kills, no alerts for the three of you that don't already know what that means
), and am at the very beginning in the Rebel Safe House. I've heard you can get the rebel's uniform, which makes this whole thing a lot easier. Where is it? Do you have to have befriended the rebels in order to get it?

There's a Militia outfit in a Locker Room in thier underground "base" in Act 1.

You find it in a locker in the militia safe house, but I can't remember exactly where it is. Sorry.

I think its in a locker near the end of the safehouse. Just open the locker and take the uniform.

Yeah, its located in the middle locker in the Milita's base.

I stumbled upon it by accident on my second run through. It does make that part of the game much easier.

I had found the uniform on my first run through, but on the second time decided not to use it. As soon as I killed some PMCs, the Militia accepted Snake as an ally and didn't attack me once after that.
