I have seen an experienced player lose to a noob because of a ring out countless times. It's not balanced at all, SC II was balanced, not SC III.
As for Storyline I like both Tekken's and SC's storyline.

I loved this franchise since tekken 3 when I fought as
Paul Phoenix.
I hope Tekken 6 continues the same way on the PS3
