It's harder on lightweight characters because they get thrown faster and are thus vulnerable to the regrab for less time.
But really, it's not that hard. Fthrow, wait a split second, regrab, repeat. Once you get to the edge, down throw forward air to kill.
For the lighter characters you may want to opt for Back Throw - Nana Grab - Down throw - Popo grab - repeat.

ty so much. that makes a lot more sense. and i can rack up a bunch more damage.
but i should be able to chain forward throws at low percentages against heavy characters right?

The forward throw chain works on every character at every percent.
In theory anyway.

It's getting to hard to combo it a bunch. I think i'll just throw it in for mindgames.

thanks a bunch.
you know for the edge kill you can also have forward throw too right?
EDIT:just found out it has more knockback too.

Yes, and fthrow fair is a bit harder to DI correctly, but it's also harder to time. I prefer it on some characters though, mainly heavyweights, who I have a tendency to screw up dthrow fair on.
My grabs just keep getting more and more evil lol. It wasn't too long ago I was only doing 40% on a good day; now I'm getting zero-deaths on a regular basis.

He can only chain throw like 5 characters, and he has to make sure to regrab in 3 frames or they escape.

I've got videos with zero to death on Captain Falcon, Diddy Kong, and Lucario with the Forward throw chain. Take your pick.
I'm still working on the Bthrow/Dthrow chain, but I've got a vid where I attempt to apply it on Lucas as well.
My wii code is in my profile by the way.

I'd love to see all of them. Even the attempts. I really need to see some of them. I've added you.

We have to add brawl codes too. After that, go to the wii menu, your wii message board, open the thing, then return to brawl replays.
