I'm gonna jump in and say Airport before many others.
Those stairs that are meant to lead up to the aeroplanes make for perfect ramps etc,
I also enjoy riding off of bridges or off the makeshift ramps put in throughout the game.

I would also say the airport i like doing stunts with motorcycles.
