Red Steel was a really great game, where i live it was a Best Seller n won hell of a lot of awards...

Dude, the swordfights are THE BEST part of the game. You're insane if you don't like 'em. Also...you must really suck if you can't beat anybody in a swordfight. Easiest part.

The concept was there but the game play was not. Hopefully the second time around (if they make a sequel) will be allot better. Now they have a better understanding of the Wii and what it can do.

The game is average if you get past the glitches. The sword fights are..um.
Well anyway, I thought this game was going to be alot better. Hopefully Redsteel 2 will bring more to the table.

Talking about glitches, has anyone noticed the weird glitch in multi-player mode? I chucked a few grenades at the end of a timed battle and the game literally gave out a continuous "bleep"ing sound and froze.
The swordfights are average, but the other parts are pretty good.

Hi guys, i'm back from almost a year of getting a life and i can honestly say that Red Steel is still a stale, cheesy lump of cock cheddar which is too hard.
Is anyone still playing this disgraceful game? At least Nintendo are dishing out those wii remote protector things now so anyone playing Red Steel wont keep chinning themselves as they attempt the stupidly hard sword fights.
What a terrible game. Oh and to everyone saying get off the forum, you do realise this thread is called 'Red Steel ruined my life', not 'i bum Red Steel', so a bit of moaning is surely in order. To be fair, what are you all doing writing in this thread if Red Steel is your boyfriend?

I wouldn't call Red Steel terrible, but it is flawed in many areas of the game. The sword fighting is a bit rubbish, and the gun controls are a little average, compared to other shooters like Metroid Corruption which does it perfectly.

mazing game loved the guns of it although it kinda took awhile to get the sniper
anywho sword fights u can do random swings to win the earlier fights but cum on it was a launch title 4 the wii u cant xspect a perfect game for a console when 1st cum's out and if u judge by those standards it's an awesome game
