I haven't played it too much but I did have one really good game where I got 9 strikes in a row. I think it ended up around 270.

my high game wii bowling is 286 ( 10 strikes then split )
in real life high game is 289

I've gotten quite a few 300's. I think I got my rating thing up so high that I had to get 300's or else it would go down.

My highest is about 274 I think. The most strike I have ever got was 8 in a row. That was not in the game were I got my 274 though, in that game I got like three Turkeys.
