By the way, is this the Arcade place? I found a Gold Card for it but I'm not exactly sure where it is.

In the back of the place in the Flipside B1. Talk to TheInterChet and he will go "Gold Card! Gold Caard" and go all crazy. you will unlock the Hammer Whacker minigame. By the way, i beat all 100 levels of the Hammer Whacker game.
