I am ranked number 9 and I have a message to go meet Tony Hawk in the Fun Park. But can not find the park. On one of the boards I can see it on the other side of the fence but no way out. When I jump the fence that does not work..Thanks

You have to unlock the level first... To unlock it, do some missions on the level before Fun Park should be... Don't worry, this happened to me too... When it was time for me to meet Tony Hawk it kept saying to go meet him in Fun Park after I finished a mission, so just remember that you have to unlock the Fun Park first... Good luck.
