Make sure when you try and hypnotize a Big Daddy that their eyes aren't red. Their eyes are normally a yellow-ish colour which is the only time you should use your plasmid to hypnotize them.

Thanks,that's great,but I have a mission problem,ya know when you meet Cohen? I just did and at the part with the two turrets,I destroyed one and "Bought" the other,and I killed alot of people and I was just standing there,but I think that there is one more splicer left,it's a girl,but I seem to be scared to shit to walk into the door entrance,can anyone help in one way or another??

Is that in the Fort Frolic or Poseidon Plaza section, I'm guessing the Poseidon Plaza section?
If it is the Poseidon Plaza section, there isn't really anything in that area to help you other than the Big Daddies that wander around from time to time. Do you have the plaster spider splicers coming after you?

I think so,it's some sort of splicer,but the girl is saying "No,I'm pretty! I'm pretty!!" and I hear swings of something,and it scares the shit out of me.
And I don't have the Big Daddy plasma anymore.

Did you go through the bar/strip club and out the back with the narrow hallway?
I may be wrong, it's been a little while since I played, but if you can tell me what type of shops/stores are around I'll be able to tell you what's there.

It's just after when you see Cohen blow up Fitz Pactrick,you walk into a hallway with two turrets waiting at the end,to your right there is this big door where a few splicers come through,I think that there is one more left...but It seems that I'm too scared to walk in,I'm just waiting till it walks through and then my turret can pop it. And no I never heard of a strip club yet.

Judging by where you are, you aren't anywhere near the bar/strip club place.
If you started making your way towards the atrium and killed a group of splicers, there shouldn't be anymore ahead if memory serves me.

Sounds like you've got a stray splicer then, it's unlikely they'll wander into the room with the turrets. Your best bet would be to either try and lure it in, or run as quickly as you can to the atrium and see if anything does chase you. If you heard swings it's more than likely going to be a thuggish splicer (if there is one there) which are pretty easy to take out.

I will,but I didn't get past it yet,I just saw another guy roaming around,but I got a big gun with napalm in it so I'll burn those guys to shit.
I got it,turns out that there was more then 1 splicer there,there was 9 of them,luckily my turret injured then,and my freezing plasmid,and then my shotgun.
