I haven't done any of the rampages yet and wanted to them now. I've used faqs to find them but there are no icons where they should be. Any idea why that is and how to fix it? (I'm playing on PC)
If it helps, I'm early in the game so here's what I've done so far:
Story Missions:
- Give me Liberty
- Luigi's Girl
- Don't Spank my Bitch up
- Drive Misty for me
- Pump Action Pimp
- The Fuzz Ball
Side Missions:
- Portland RC toyz
- Ambulance
- Portland firefighter
- Portland Vigilante
- Taxi
- Available Portland hidden Packages
- Most import/export (still missing a few)

I've a file showing where they all are (primary and secondary locations), but you could just google 'GTA 3 rampages' and you'll find a lot of options.
