If you throw a big party and you hear police sirens then run out a door and run to town square and wait there for a long time then go back and he probably won't fine you. It always works for me.

As far as I know you only get fined, and since I have always managed to get rich pretty soon, I never worried about being fined.

One time I was moving into a house and it was night and people came to greet my sim and the police showed up and thought we were having a party and he fined us!

I build walls round the police just as they're going outside and then there's a random wall with the police trapped in it. Then I just get on with partying. OR, when I see the police coming, I trap them before they come in...muhahahaha(evil laugh!)

You know, it's a pity they jump down holes. I like the old "Throw a party, invite the neighbours in to the hot tub, cage them in there, keep them in there for a week or so and then let them out" trick. I'm glad you can't die, but where's the excitement in them jumping out before wetting themselves and collapsing and me then letting them free to be revived? Gasp!

Ohh it was SOOO funny. So me and my cuz decided to kill the police..(lolz. what a statement!) and so we prank called the police after setting up rockets on the Jimmy 3 Fingers Crocker Table (w.e its called) and all our characters hid in the room with the rockets in so the police would go in there to speak to us. And she came and we removed the door, set off the rockets and the tiny room set on fire. But the stupid police dug a hole and went!...Me and my cuz got stuck in the room and died...
Damn it! We then tried it with the maid figuring she wouldn't be able to leave when she hadn't finished her work but SHE DUG A HOLE TOO!!

i tried something similar a few weeks ago.
i prank called the police and hid in a room with a chair, table, fridge, 3 seater couch, radio, shower and a toilet.
the police came in and i removed the door they came through and put a new one behind me. i ran out of that door and then removed it.
the police cant move so i now have 1 pet policeman!!!
