I dont know how to unlock, Kreate a fatalaty, i cant see where that option is?, also what happnes if you buy all techs+all Gears?
also how do i acsess bio's?, and such things?

you do not do anything you listed, kreate a fatality is a system you do at the end of the match, and you don't access bios. and unlocking every "gear" just gives you templates.
