What are the 'cool features' you unlock by winning all the EASports Cards? Also, do you have to win them all, on every difficulty to unlock stuff?

when on a higher difficulty you get better cards
but you can get cards at lower difficulties

i know you get gold cards on the higher difficulty, I was just wondering what do you unlock when you have got all the cards?
