I have noticed my car list has gained 2 slots. It was 78/78 but now it's 78/80.

Yeah, for the two new cars. There are also two new skins, one for the van and one for the Tempesta I think. Not sure about the Tempesta though.

Assuming that the Hunter Olympus is the new car they added, I assume you need to race it and take it down like most.

This car is online-only if that helps, So once you start a game and go to the junk-yard you can choose The Olympus and another car which i forgot the name of, The Olympus is out next weekend.
