Bandits camp (with bounty on).
Crystal Clear Lake (by selling reward)
Gorgok Titan Fight
3 of the best options. But each one depend on many things, like you Level and if you have a DA or not.

talk to Robina, and activate the bounty. Then go east, north and east again. bandit camp is there.
Above LV18, you can try Crystal Clear Lake too. Just bring a good fire and silver weapon.
As you dont have a DA, you cant use Gorgok titan fight
