Subject: The question that will decide if i get the game or not. -------------------------------------------
I already have money set aside to buy this game, but i want to know if it has the event i hate the most in any game or not before i get it.
are there areas that cannot be completed without absolute perfection or opponents that are in god mode? as an example im talking about running away from a giant boulder/rockslide or a opponent like evil Samus from Metroid Fusion.

well I have this for the 360
There are some areas that cant be accessed until you complete more of the game
there are also no people with infinite health

I have the Offical April 8th releasing of this game on PC I got it April 10th.
And I have to tell you spend your money on something else because this game sucks really bad.
Here are the 3 major problems I have with this game:
1) If you get seen, just reset the game. Because you cannot get away, the guards are so fast that you even if you somehow manage to turn a corner you already have a guard on top of you, they always see where you go and even if you climb a roof, then guards are up there almost before you and see you so you have to jump off and when you do about 5 guards have gathered below and they take you out. So if you get seen in this game you will die, it's as simple as that.
2) You cannnot kill anyone during a level outside of an assassintion order due to what I mentioned in Problem 1 above (You can't get away)
3) When you fight one guard more come (Obviously) but the problem lies with this if you get hit while fighting 2 guards or more, reset the game because when you get hit you get stunned and it takes you a min to regain your balance, but right before you regain your balance you get hit and stunned again. This goes back and forth and buy this time more guards come and you get tossed back and forth getting hit and stunned and you cannot react to anything and you die.

man... no ofence, but I really think that you have a seriously problem, this game is one of the best out there, when you said that the guards are everywhere, it's because YOU don't know how to hide, IT IS posible to hide from guards and it's one of the best things in the game, I already finished the game, and it's really amazing. and when you fight with the guards, you can use the counter attack to repel their attacks, or kill them with the knives.
So, practice a lot before saying that this game is bad, because that's a lie, this game is awesome! I really recomend this one!

You obviously didn't read a word I said.
HOW EXACTLY ARE YOU HIDING? There is no where near enough time to hide.
if you have the time then you used some form of cheat to slow the guards down
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO HIDE THE GUARDS ARE WAY TOO FAST AND YOU DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO GET OUT OF THE LINE OF SITE AND EVEN ON THE FEW RARE OCCASIONS I HAVE MANAGED TO GET OUT OF LINE OF SITE THE GUARD FOUND A SPLIT SECOND AFTER I TURNED THE CORNER, CLIMBED A ROOF, OR WHATEVER I TRIED, YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO BLEND AND
SO AGAIN I AM TELLING YOU OUTRIGHT THAT IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO HIDE DUE TO HOW FAST THE GUARDS ARE
AND YOU CANNOT FIGHT MORE THAN ONE GUARD if you say you have you are out right lying.
Here is why: You can only counter and block one guard at a time and then you have to regain your stamina but you get hit while regaining your stamina by a second guard and then you are stunned, then the 1st guard hits and re-stuns you before you can regain your stance then you die from being hit and restunned over and over.

well the game sure isn't EASY, but it also isn't IMPOSSIBLE
I haven't gotten in a fight with more than about 6 guards, but somehow managed to survive.
In your other question, viewpoints are shown by eagle icons on your map and eagles are flying around the buildings ingame. Climbing up and 'synching' puts more information on your map.
slow down and take it easy; it's not deathmatch.

I really don't ever bother with hiding. If they are dumb enough to attack me, they die. Period. Still, if the need does arise, it is easy to do. Just run around a corner. Watch the indicator in the top-left. When it turns yellow, blend into a haystack, roof-garden, bench, or pack of scholars and the guards will lose your trail.

I suspect your problem is simply that you do not know how to sprint. Solution: Hold the w key, high profile key, and the jump key (yes, all three) to free-run or sprint. You can chase down and kill those pesky fleeing guards with this easily (or run if the need arises I suppose).
