Subject: A few annoying problems i need help with

well i recently got assassins creed for PC and its fine except
1: Every time i play at any random time a black screen pops up with a microsoft exe error message, and this only happens when im in damascus
2: when im in damascus sometimes when i walk the screen goes black but then returns to normal what is this?
3: on memory block 2 when i have to go to the beuroe in damascus for the second time after completing 2 investigations the cutscene where the guy tells you where your next marker is never ends, after he finishes talking it just stays in cutscene mode, any way i can fix this?
That about it for now, so does anyone have any solutions to my problems?

1: theres 2 reasons for this , you have to update your drivers, and the other reason is that your game is pirated and since ubisoft was concerned about people getting pirated copies they made it that every 75 seconds the game sends a information report to the ubisoft servers and if it is pirated it glithces the game causing it to crash, to fix this simply play while not connected to the internet.
2: same as the above
3:LMAO!!! i had this exact same problem during the cutscene you have to walk up to the guy when he places the feather on the table so you can pick it up, coz you gotta wipe your vixctims blood on the feather as proof that you killed him.
