Hello, we seem to have a problem getting into Fort Bulwark for the Shield of the Crusader. Says there needs to be a key to open the door. Where is the key????

I don't recall the key you are asking about. It's been a while since I did this quest. According to UESP Wiki, the door remains locked until the quest is activated. Have you spoken to Sir Henrik to activate the quest?
