This one got me too for a while so i just continued with the game and went to the enemy castle and guess what! i found it in there in the dungon that you enter behind the throne (search the ground to find the hidden staircase to the dungeon) hope this helps

but is the loto sword the good sword in 1 or is it infere to some other sword?
