Can anyone help? Bought a secondhand (yeah I know. Cheapskate!!) Hamsterz game for my daughter and it has been played. Is there any way you can wipe all the info and start again?

At the very first part where you enter the game there are two buttons: Continue and start I think if you press start after a file is already there it will erase it.
