Anyone know what use the electrical panels have in the game, you can destroy them, but it doesn't seem to serve a purpose in the game that I can see. No lights go off in the building when you destroy them.

You can throw mobsters or anyone in it to kill them in an instant. Plus you get some nice effects.

Also if somebody is standing near one you can shoot it and they will get electrocuted.

The electrical panels can come to good use esp. if you start to run low on ammo click on the R3 button and aim for the electrical panels and if any guys are near them you can kill them very quick without wasting much ammo
