Mine is Model P for both Grey and Ashe.
I actually prefer the Ashe model P because of the "Mandala Star" attack.

I prefer Model H for both of the characters, mainly because I've always liked the fact it's a sword-based model as well as its mobility. I do also like ZX, mainly because it's the strongest of them all. Oddly overpowered, it seems. But I prefer Ashe in model ZX, since she's got the rising slash from Vent. Aile's 'fissure' move is silly to me, and I always forget to use it.

Well, seeing as how I only have Model A, Buckfire and Chronoforce, I'll have to choose Model A. Apparently though, I was supposed to go to the forest area to fight Rospark before going to the ice area to fight Chronoforce. Seeing as how I wasn't following any guides though, I was bound to be lost. What happened when I was fighting Chronoforce was, I just kept using properly aimed Charged Shots with Model A, and then getting close and using my Homing laser thing. Dodging was EXTREMELY easy, once I figured out Model A was better to use than Buckfire.
So I guess I'll have to go back to the ice area to get that Sub Tank after I fight Rospark.

Yeah... About that... When I played Megaman ZX, I only played Beginner (Way too easy) and part of Normal mode. I never really got into the other difficulty modes. I figured if it was the same story every time, and I already played through it, what was the point of doing it again?
So most likely I'll play through Normal and maybe some of the next difficulty, but that's about it for me.

Beginner mode is always too easy (hence the "beginner" part). My fav model would have to be model A or H, just because they r both bad455.

Yeah, the giga attack is pretty sweet (and slightly cheap, cosidering the first model you get is more powerful than any of the others).

Mine is Model A for battling and Vultron for traveling. Model A is so adapt in being controled and Vultron's ability to hang on stuff and glide is kick-ass.

I would say model P or model a (the 8-bit one)
I use Model ZX but just because he/she is powerful.

I'd have to say model a(8-bit). I've always loved that slide dash move ever since the first games.

Model Ox from the old ZX lol but hes not allowed then ill have to say model H because of the sword combos and mobility. i havent unlocked any forms in Zx advent but i like the look of the hedgehog (cuz id like to run around like sonic) and i like the look of the alligator Ice guy cuz Ice is always a favorite of mine.
