That's 2H (read: Two Machine Guns). That's not weapon combination, it's different type. 2H is more powerful.
I like Big Shotgun and Big Flame Shot when my char is FAT. Extremely powerful, take down all enemies and tanks and planes too in 1 shot. Excluding boss.
