I just got my Wii and DDR hottest party game. When I try to play a dance game before a step even goes into the area that signals for me to step on that move the application stops and "failed" shows up dead center on my screen and the song is over and ends the dance game. I have yet to have a song finish or even start for that matter Has this happened to anyone, if so how do I fix it?

wow that is messed up and that has never happened to me. even though I don't have it I have played it at a friends house and i know that is not normal. if you have the receipt, bring it back to the store. thats the only advice I got.
