Well guess what! I followed the breath and it lead me to twisted roots that dont budge, then i followed it the other way and guess what it lead me to more unmovable roots so how in the crap do i get out now!

Look for a long thingy poking out of the wall, then use it to open the roots.
Can somebody explain this better please? I can't really explain it well.
