second- weapons -how to get them.

Im not really sure what you mean by weapons.. If you mean 4th weapons, theres no special mission for each character to get their weapons like there was in DW5. You just have to play stages with 4 star difficulty on hard mode to get each character's most powerful weapon.
This is how to unlock each character. From Red Phoenix's entry on the WO cheats section:
