What is the complete cars list for this game?
I noticed some of the cars ar not buyable in the dealer. You have to win then in pink slip races! Am I right?

Nah, by the end of the game you unlock every car. There are leagues, and, for example, the really fast league 2 cars won't be unlocked until you hit league 2, you couldn't race them in the earlier leagues anyway.

When you connect the PS2 and PSP versions together using a USB cable, you unlock 5 extra cars in the PSP.
PSP
Citroen C2
Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX
Honda NSX Targa
Toyota MR2 GT Sports
Audi S3 2.0T Quattro
These cars are available in the garage once unlocked, in their relevant leagues.
These cars can also be obtained in pinkslip races!
