It's by the same people who did Shadow of the Collosus (if you didn't already know) and there's a lot of hype atm regarding their latest game that they've been teasing for years now.
So I definitely see it being v. popular. =]

Never heard of ICO, but I have SotC. I love the game, but I got it when I got like 6 others, and still only turned it on once. I'm currently working on others right now. That'll come next. Or not. Who knows.
