I have been to Dudley's trailer twice to party, but nothing happens...everyone leaves cause they're hungry, but I cant control Dudley to cook or cook myself. HELP!

To achieve this goal, you have to talk to EVERY SINGLE Sim at the party with a relationship score of 5 or greater. To easily achieve this, you might want to buy a gourmet stove or a BBQ to keep the Sim's hunger up. Good luck.
