this is the last i need and i cant find it.i searched everywhere it could be on that map the phrophet told me.its not their.then i went onto uesp.net, and it said it was near skingrad.went on youtube and it showed it was near julianos.where is it?

It's quite easy to find. If you go directly west out of the imperial city, across the bridge and and keep going straight directly into the forest you should eventualy see a daedric shrine marker on your map (even though kynareth is a devine). I hope this helps.

theres one near skingrad where an oblivion gate opens on hill right on top of the shrine
