Solo is also part of MasterCard, but hardly anywhere will accept them.

Is the card number the 18 digit number in bold accross the middle of the card or the 9 digit number at the bottom of the card?

It's the longer one across the middle (Usually 16). If it's 18 then chances are it's a Solo, not a Maestro, and won't work

Took me several attempts to both add points to my account and get the download started, but it's finally going. Slowly, but that's to be expected
The download is 444.46 MB for any of you with slow connections...

Well this is gay, I tried it with a Maestro card under Mastercard and it said the card number was wrong and then I tried it with an actual Mastercard and it said that it couldn't authroize it WTF?

I can't get my card to work it says solo on the front, but on the back there is maestro in it's logo, then a strip on the back with maestro in it with a 7 digit number with im confused about, but my 18 digit card number fails it just says invalid

I have a proper Visa card, so I don't have any trouble.
Looked into it further, it seems Xbox Live (Unlike most places) does not accept Maestro/Switch even though it is part of MasterCard >_<

Bugger, what a crap situation I'm in.
My parents have gone away for a couple of days, leaving the house all for myself. Naturally, I'll spend most of the time on Xbox Live. I chose to have an XBL all-nighter tonight, mainly playing CoD4 the whole time. The map pack came out shortly after midnight, when I was just starting up my XBL marathon. Do I pay for 800 MS points without asking my parents (their credit card), or do I just pass for the night...the one night I get to whore out CoD4 to the death without anyone bothering me...?

I then tried an actual Mastercard but I get a message at the end saying "cannot authorize the selected payment option". What the hell does that mean? Everything is correct from the card and my dad has two different Mastercards both of which do the same thing.
