Just cast reflect on her. Maybe it's called wall. The one that reflects magic. After that she is easy. If you don't have it go train for it, otherwise she is almost impossible. Rosa will learn it.

Reflect and Blink/Image works wonders. Make sure your gear is up to date as well; lots of nice stuff to buy or find.

I didn't find her that difficult to beat. But My characters were pretty high level when I fought her.
