You cannot draft him. He could be in free agency or he is already picked up by another team.

Ok when u finished creating the person did you click on "SEND MY PLAYER TO FREE AGENCY"?If not just recreate him and when your finish click on SEND MY PLAYER TO FREE AGENCY ok !! your welcome and merry x-mas and happy new year!
