She's an elf? Not a bad hairstyle or outfit. ^^The main focus on that scan though is Maxi, obviously. xD

Her design isn't that exciting.
It's nice to see more girls though since most fighting games consist of mostly male combatants.
She appears to have a thin sword or staff behind her in her concept art, and she seems to be throwing some projectile or something in the image with Mitsurugi.

Out of place? You've got guys from Star Wars in this game and you're telling me that this character is out of place? Well...to each his/her own I guess.
She's not showing a lot of skin, and is quite colorful, that's what I like about Scheh.

Maybe they will improve on that when the screens are put in a bigger perspective, like on Gamespy.

Upon closer inspection, she appears to use either a rapier or a chinese sword like X's.
If we're to assume that Amy is going to be back it in the line-up, then I think we're getting too many rapiers. XD
I wonder how many more new characters there are. SCII had 4 (Talim, Rapheal, Yunsung & Necrid), SCIIIAE had 4 (Setsuka, Zasalamel, Tira, Amy).

Cassandra was also a new character in II. Well she was in Sophitia's story already in Soul Blade, still.
and hwang & li long in SCIIIAE? plus olcadan kinda.
Anyway, I think she looks a bit cheap. Like those bonus characters in III. She seem like a damn Russian bird.

Hwang and Li Long aren't really new. Just returners, so I didn't really count them.
I forgot about Cassandra, despite her being almost identical to her sister in SCII.

When I read her name, it doesn't seem Arabian to me. Maybe when I hear someone calling her name or something in the game - then we will see.
