You can play it using other accounts on the same console if that's what you mean.
If you're talking about sharing with other consoles then I've no idea, sorry.

can you play it on a different ps3 aswell, like i brought eden then re-downloaded it onto my sisters ps3 because i had to dog sit for a week, would that work with wipeout?

Its possible to download ALL purchases to a friends ps3...
U need to create another Login in the ps3 so that ur Login appears when u boot it up...after u login onto ur PSN account and download everything that u have purchased on ur ps3 onto ur friends ps3
