I forgot to untick the Skin Cache box last time.
I unticked the box and now the graphics have gone onto the game.
Thanks to everyone who helped

Right..
I've unticked Skin Cache, and ticked reload on confirm. I've extracted all the files to the right folder.
I made the graphics folder in the "My Documents>Sports Interactive>Football Manager 2008 folder, and then made the skins, logos and players folders inside that.
Then I downloaded the skin, and opened it with WinRAR.. I then extracted the files to the skins folder...
But it still won't let me use the skin... Ideas plz?
EG:
So yeah, that's where I put the files... Anythin' wrong with that?

You don't make a skin folder in graphics. There should be a skin folder in Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\skins.If not make it and extract your skins to that folder.

You should extract the file to My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 08/Skins. That location should already be there.
