Japan - *Released* (January 31st, 2008)
NA - *August, 2008*

Well, thats about it...
Hopes (don't take it to the bank)...I hope the NA release isn't too far behind the Japan release...it seems a trend with next gen games (PS3 games in particular) to release it internationally, within weaks of each other...but seeing as this is a small studio, well, that might hinder things a bit...but still, I hope within a month or two of the Japanese release...I do believe we can thank the fact that there are no region locks on PS3 games...
EDIT1: Updated "release dates' to reflect it's release in Japan.
EDIT2: Release for NA is August 2008, no info on Europe or any other countries >_>

I was just searching "Disgaea" on the site, I didn't expect to get anything for D3 >_>

BTW: It is just a guess, but I think the "400" thing, is the total number special+magic moves (probably a little more than more than 400)...
I'm not sure, but I think at the end, it lists two different prices for it (A regular and special edition, I'm sure)...

Japanese Store (PS Store) update! I believe it was added December 7th (Says 2007 - 12 - 07)
Trailer (movie) is over five minutes long (it should appear on Gametrailers soon, if it hasn't already, but I can't check on the PS3 browser, sorry)...
It was basically some announcer, and a lot of video showing off the special moves (which are smoother this time around, and some look pretty good, considering it is an NIS game)....
I think Omega (or Tera) star is a dark beast (dragonish) of some sort now.
Possibly in the school you have to battle if you get stuff wrong? Thats the way it seems to me...Either that, or it replaces the Dark Assembly
Mushroom (Fungi) monster from PB is playable (Mighta been mentioned)
Graphics boost as you'd expect
Some coloured cubes appear to need to be destroyed to progress in certain areas? I don't think they are GeoCubes...
Go watch it if you have a PS3, or check on Gametrailers to see if it is there >_>

But NIS tracks are usually hit or miss, so I'll probably like a few a fair bit, and the rest will be 'alright' >_>

EDIT: Listened to the whole thing...I liked even less thracks than D2 >_> In fact, I only liked one track in particular....Wheras in D2, I liked about 6 or 7 >_> The rest of the tracks I'm either 'alright', 'indifferent' or 'dislike' about them >_>
This OST was similar in style to D2 (the way people were singing, in particular)...
The track I like is the soft (wooden flute?) one...third last...Its all boxes for me -_- It is the one right before Last World, and has a runtime of 1:36...Sounds like it would be a 'sad/melancholy' scene >_>

Maybe on one or two review sites, but I've seen some with 6's and 7's....Still good, but not as god as solid 8's >_>
Some sites aren't impressed unless it is 3D and looks as realistic as possible >_>

Since the game was released last month, expect to find more information in the coming months, I bet this summer (possibly by the summer) we'll hear it has been licensed for NA release ^_^
