I'm on chapter 6-5 I think..
It's the one called signed in blood, and no matter what I try I cannoy beat it! >.<;
The first patient is easy and I can finish it with 6-7 minutes left but the second one is the one that troubles me.
Should I use Markus or Valerie on it. <_>;
and do you have any advice on which Stigma i should destroy first?

6-5? I thought that one doesn't have any Stigma...6-5 was the one with 5 normal patients in a row.

yeah that was a tough one for me aswell, personally I like markus but it doesnt matter who you use, for the first one Onyx, I had trouble with him because I got mixed up and got tricked by his fakes, but if you dont know this onyx has 4 dots on him while the fakes have 3 so on the second one I reccomend doing Onyx first, then the cheir, oh and when u inject the stuff into onyx that is a time for you to suture up anything.

Thanks for the help. I will attempt them again.
I can knock out the cheir usually but then the onyx attacks the liver and then the vitals get to low to heal again.
I use Valerie more because her healing touch is better imo.
