Subject: So the military came to town... but they aren't developing :(

My city has an airforce base, however, all that will develop there is an airstrip. I tried google and have failed miserably in trying to find out ways to get my airforce base to develop. Does anyone know how to get them kicking?

If you have
winscurk:colored:, plop a few towers and f-15-b's and all that other stuff within your military base:D[img link=][/img]. (Go to transportation & military and scroll down to the last two lines)
