they say that you should PA in the Fun city precis (should have machinist.)
and then go to the battle arena to get her special skill..
but when i PA on the said City.
and then i go to the arena..ashton and precis are not there =(:([b][/b][link name=][/link]

IIRC they need a certain level of affection towards each other. Make sure you use them in battle together and you could have them read each other's books.
