Info! The Japanese Version of the Game is now available for Pre-order and theres the pic of what seems to be the Japanese cover. Certianly looks interesting.

Thank you for the correction (good atttention to detail), but you don't need to double post and quote the entire thing about it.

And now, back to the actual information...

SCAN 1:
New character: Sun Wukong the Monkey King *
5th storyline: Orochi's Army

Play the side of evil!



SCAN2:

New team actions such as Reinforcement Attack and Combined Technique
Something new on the weapon system... New effects as described by Xalfrea of KW:

01. Doubles the duration of item buffs
02. Doubles attack damage during low/critical HP
03. Allows easier air recovery
04. Increases drop rates from enemies
05. Increases arrow damage
06. Able to use True Musou Attacks regardless of HP
07. Able to use Combination Attacks regardless of HP
08. Reduces damage taken
09. Negates damage taken during charge attacks
10. Able to Jump-cancel charge attacks
11. Cannot be interrupted by arrows
12. Able to use Assist Attacks at half Musou Gauge
13. Musou Gauge will recover naturally
14. Revives the character once after death
15. When Musou Gauge is full, all attacks carry elements (the description doesn't say normal or charge attacks)

If its coming out for the PS3 and Xbox 360 they really need to enhance the graphics theyre PS2 style?? Dont you think??? Plus it would be much much better if the enhanced DW6 charactrs and weapons were in this game!!!

HELLO! This is kinda halfway like a WO XL. and it's not for PS3, but PS2.
I'm fine with the old DW characters. Adding the new ones would be an issue as their moveset and looks would crash with the "old" DW and SW characters (if they had to put in the DW6 characters they would either have to change all of the characters that where cut, or remove them complitely.)

The graphics of the DW6 characters outclasses all the other, so theres no way they could've putted them in... yet! :3

which song is that by high and mighty color? i don't recognise it but it's so awesome D:

Final character update:

HIMIKO





Info stolen from our friends at KW:
Himiko, last seen in Kessen II, added! She finally makes an appearance here, along with two more original stages: Yamatai and a fire river.

The final Famitsu info also reveals real costume changes, not just palette swaps. For example, Zhuge Liang will be able to wear his DW4 costume, and Gracia will have an all-new goth loli-like costume.

Oh, and since this is the last Famitsu info we see on MO Maou Sairin, the review score is now available. It's 8-8-8-8 (32/40). For your record, the score for the first MO was 9-8-8-8.

dA databuckz iz owt!

That's right children, our good friends at KOEI Warriors have got a hold of the databook scans
They're incomplete at the moment, but when the oppurtunity is given the staff will upload the rest of the book (and HQ scans for members (which, for those that don't know, will mean HQ renders for cutting ))

Anyway, what is in this Databook you ask? Well there's explanations for the new systems and character profiles (though, they are in Japanese), there's images of the new character's 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th weapons and new character poses (including Zhou Tai making himself look like even more of a badass, Gan Ning taking a dump (nice...), Da Ji playing with her balls, Mitsuhide making himself look like Dracula, Shingen Takeda sniffing his hair (I mean, WTF is that about ) and Lu Xun trying to seduce you (it will either turn you on or freak you out ))

Anyway, that's all here

Firstly, you cut them. A render and a cut are completely different things. Secondly, the databook is for more than just using the renders for cutting

Besides, most of (well, all of) the cuts around aren't from this databook, as they have different poses

Actually a cut and a render are the same thing you cut the image save it as PNG and then it's a render.

Actually, no. No matter what the majority says a render is something made completely by a person. For example, the common phrase 'Rendered unconcscious' means 'made unconscious'

It's because of this that in graphics terms a render is a finished piece of work made by someone (for example, a character render). Somewhere down the line some moron started callings cuts renders, and than it caught on and is now accepted popularly as the correct term (and has been forced into peoples minds by sites like planetrenders ), even though it's not

Think of it like Native Americans. They are commonly called Indians, when they're not. Indians are from India, but somewhere down the line somebody called Native Americans Indians and it caught on. It's a common mistake, but a mistake nonetheless. Anyway, I suggest we end this conversation as this is the information thread and we have no further information, thus making our little chat pure spam
