Thankyou to everyone who voted, and well done to everyone who entered, it was insanely close on all counts.
Here is the new forum header:
Many congrats to SadXuHuang for this wonderful banner which will be our new header!
As for footers, well, it was a draw, with both entries receiving half the votes. For this reason, I've decided on rotation as the fairest method. Both footers will be used, one for X amount of time and then the other for the same. I'm going to discuss that rotation with SXH, and when that's worked out the new footer will be up!

I think the rotation is actually the best choice, since both footers were so good. I changed my mind about 3 times when looking at them
