if they made Spider-Man Web of Shadows 2, it be sequal to Spider-Man Web of Shadows. Peter and MJ are already Married. Carnage somehow came back from the dead and invades New York. Only Spider-man can stop Carnage.

Based on Eddie's Venom costume as it appeared in this game, I think this IS after Peter and MJ's wedding. They never called her MJ Parker, but the never called her MJ Watson either. Besides, Peter was a bit...over protective for her to only be his GF. Between his OOC behavore, and the lack of any mention of Aunt May, I think this game took place between the end of Civil War and One Last Day. That would explain why Peter was so protective of her, since he had 'failed' to protect Aunt May.
Also the way Black Cat spoke of MJ was closer to the way she did after MJ and Peter got married. Before then she was mean, but at least a bit civil, after the wedding...BC was outright hostile.
Anyways, that aside, you only listed 2 members of the Sinister Six, why not bring all of them back? Scorpion with his new Venom suite's pretty cool, Mysterio is always a pain in the back side, Rhino is a staple mark Spidy villian, and Electro...well, I just enjoy his banter in he other games. He's the only villian that does smack talk better than a five year old in the other games.

If the ever make a sequel, they should make a few guys from the Avengers as Allies. Wouldn't it be awesome to have The Hulk, Iron Man or Captain America at your side? And if Carnage is the villain, then Venom should be your ally, too at a certain point in the story, because you both need eachothers help to defeat Carnage. The Kingpin should be involved again and other villains like Green Goblin and Doc Ock should be involved, too.

Am I the only one that thought the 'Red Suit' path got gipted? I mean seriously, look at the allies you get.
Red: Luke Cage, Moon Knight, Wolverine (ok, so he's the one redeamin thing you get)
But compared to the Black suit?
Black: Black Cat, Rino (ok, he does suck) Vulture (the best allie in the game as far as I'm concerned) and Electro (sweet but doesnt stay for very long)
It reminds me of when the first Knights of the old Republic game came out. Light side gets: Force Armor, Force Speed and Force Heal. Dark side got: Force Lightning, Life Drain and Death Field.
Dark side is not only easier, its much more fun me thinks lol.
They need to bring in some good allies that dont suck, like Punisher, Iron Man, Human Torch, Ice Man, Cloak & Dagger. All good friends of Spide's that at the same time are very cool.

I reckon they should make a game based on the
Maximum Carnage crossover, it had a great cast of Heroes and Villains and there'd be heaps to do...Anyway, i reckon
Activision is up to something,
Web of Shadows and Prototype are far too similar, the guy in prototype is a dead ringer for Carnage on a rampage, all he needed was a swinging skill and a Red & Black suit.

YES! Thats what Ive been saying, there should be an updaded Maximum carnage for the new gen systems, the SNES one is hard as ass!

All of these would be great! Even though, technically Black Cat isn't a villain, per se, she needs to return. The chemistry between her and Spidey has worked in every comic book AND game she appeared in. I agree about Carnage being a great main villain, and would love to see one of the many angry/volatile Spidey and Venom team-ups! I love when those two team up and are always one step away from being enemies again, but get it together for the greater good.
I also agree about Electro coming back. He is a great villain. Also, let's not forget about Hobgoblin!
