That is the normal way. That's the only true way, for now anyways. Some say they'll be passing out E-Reader cards that'll let you get them. But, who knows how long it'll be. Just keep checking Pokemon.com.

I think that if you send your game off to nintendo to get the berry glitch fixed they will give you deoxys or jirachi. They ask you to leave a spare place in your team.

Ahhhh isn't it lovely living in japan and being able to get all the legendarys without having to get off your backside. I wonder why nintendo mad it like that? do you think it's all to do with money?

First, notice that Camerupt is a Level-up Evo, while Vulpix is a Stone Evo (Fire). Also, Vulpix is the only form that learns new moves - after the evo, Ninetales must be manually taught. However, Vulpix appears to have a better stat curve. It's your choice.

Arcanine is a good Fire-type Pokémon.

Ninetales is much better than Camerupt coz of the 4x weakness of the camel to water! But it learn cool moves! but if you choose torchic as your starter evolve him to Blaziken to have a much better fire type pokemon if you dont have access to Firered/Leafgreen!
