I don't know if it's a Neo Rule or a particular forum rule. But when the thread is too old and you make a post. You take a 'notice' and the thread isn't bumped, right?

And there isn't anything wrong with people responding to threads that are recent. People keep bringing threads back from 2005 or 2007.
